- Health Guarantee: We guarantee that your puppy is healthy at the time of purchase. Within the first 72 hours of bringing your puppy home, we require you to have it examined by a licensed veterinarian. If your veterinarian diagnoses a congenital or hereditary condition that significantly affects the puppy’s quality of life, and provides documentation, we will offer you the option of a replacement puppy of equal value, when available, or a refund of the purchase price, upon return of the puppy.
- Genetic Health Guarantee: We guarantee our puppies against certain serious genetic defects for one year from the date of purchase. If a genetic defect, confirmed by a certified veterinary specialist, renders the puppy unsuitable as a pet, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value, when available, or a refund of the purchase price, upon return of the puppy.
- Temperament Guarantee: We strive to breed Labrador Retrievers with excellent temperaments. We guarantee that your puppy will be well-socialized and possess a friendly, trainable disposition. If, within the first six months, your puppy exhibits aggressive or excessively fearful behavior that is not due to improper training or socialization on your part, as determined by a certified canine behaviorist, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
- Vaccination and Deworming Guarantee: We guarantee that your puppy will have received its age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments prior to going home. We will provide you with detailed records of these treatments.
- Support and Guidance: We are committed to providing ongoing support and guidance to our puppy owners. We are available to answer your questions and offer advice throughout your puppy’s life.
